Maitre of Thyme are a private and bespoke wellness and lifestyle studio in Fitzrovia, a stone’s throw from London’s renowned Harley Street, specialising in Pilates, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Specialist Reflexology and Functional Medicine. 

They use Pilates and manual therapies to assess, treat and empower their clients to move more mindfully, working with the most highly experienced and qualified instructors and therapists. Their services and practitioners are carefully selected to bolster their clients’ ideals of wellbeing. 

Maitre of Thyme comprises two fully equipped studio spaces for highly trained and certified instructors to give private and bespoke sessions in Pilates, Yoga, barre as well as Body Transformation and Movement Integration classes; the product and service offerings create an effective environment to assess, treat and inspire clients to move more mindfully.

Reflexology with Andrea Hurst; Andrea Hurst is known as ‘London’s Leading Practitioner’ in the healing art of Reflexology with almost 25 years’ experience, Andrea combines a deeply rejuvenating and restorative holistic experience with a thorough and insightful analysis of reflex points.

Lifestyle and Functional Medicine with Dr. Marianne parry; Dr. Parry is a qualified medical doctor trained in Functional and Lifestyle Medicine. Marianne works as a ‘health detective’ with her clients, by putting together all the pieces of the complex puzzle of their life story, she believes this is an important part of revealing where the root causes of illnesses hide.
