Emma Retter is a highly qualified personal trainer and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Emma is a results-based trainer and states that personal training shouldn't only be about motivating someone to do exercise, there are classes for that.
When she takes on clients she looks at the way their muscles are balanced, their flexibility, their past and present injuries and their goals and create a tailored workout. It’s about changing someone’s shape, their form and their movement patterns so that they have less aches and pains, look better, feel better and perform better.
Emma is currently is in her third year studying Osteopathy at UCO and has worked closely with and taken referrals from various Harley Street Physiotherapists. Her Qualifications include a level 4 in exercise for lower back pain a Level 4 in Strength and conditioning and Level 4 in sports massage. Emma has also taken short courses at EXOS, Cross-fit and Hatton Academy of Boxing as well as offering Rhythmic movement training to improve coordination and performance. Emma has previously worked at Homehouse, The Devonshire club and Mortimer House and now mostly work’s at clients private gyms or houses around Marylebone, Mayfair, Bayswater, Knightsbridge and Notting Hill.
