We offer bespoke one-to-one personal training and semi-private personal training in our private facilities, with a specific tailored program on a 360 degree client support basis.

Don’t forget that recovery is as important as training so you can balance that in our Recovery Room with:

  • Body Composition Analysis (the InBody Test provides a comprehensive view of body composition balance. Body water, proteins, minerals, and body fat, which are the components of the human body closely relate to the status of our health).
  • Pressotherapy recovery boots for lymphatic drainage.
  • IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation).
  • Vibration and heat therapy (increase and restore range of motion, increases circulation and helps the lymphatic system to flush out the toxins in be body to help recovery, relieving pain and soreness).
  • Compex electrostimulation (pain management, reduce muscle tension, relaxing and reviving massage, capillarisation).
