Kinetic Pilates was established in 2009 and over the last 10 years has become widely regarded as a centre of excellence for Classical Pilates in the UK. Kinetic Pilates offers the only Romana's Pilates® Teacher Training Programme in the country and all our teachers are certified by Romana's Pilates®, the company set up by Romana Kryzanowska: who was chosen by Joseph Pilates to continue his work.
