Jemima’s spiritual, succinct and intuitive teaching style comes from an ancient wisdom and philosophy and up-to-date scientific research. She offers studio based weekly classes as well as one-to-one sessions at your home or business, as well as via an online platform.
Her company’s wellness and fitness programs are particularly geared towards the 40 Plus women addressing the needs of an ageing/changing body. She has also created specific fitness/personal training programs for the complete beginner. She offers fitness programs based on yoga, dance, martial arts and cardio fitness using body weight and barefoot exercises (but not limited to). The focus is on integrity of movement, flexible strength, balance and stability. Whilst her wellness programs explore the energetic and emotional body to promote organ health, mental wellbeing and overall healing, she uses varying methods and tools to train her clients according to their unique needs and requirements.
