The training process at CYCLEBOX comprises a 30 minute session of hardcore riding to kickass loud beats where we get lost in the rhythm of the music! You will sweat and you will struggle and you will get through it because we will all push through together. The coaches are trained to get you physically and mentally through the session and no one gets left behind!
Then it’s boxing gloves on and knuckles up as we switch over to the boxing, pad work and body weight training. This 25 minute intense boxing fitness session will build lean muscle as well as your confidence. You can burn up to 1000 calories in a CYCLEBOX session! It’s tough, but so are you! We ride together, we fight together and we are stronger together.
