Originally a hunting lodge and coaching inn, the Hind’s Head in Bray has been welcoming guests since the 1400s, a tradition that continues in what is now a beautiful, Michelin-starred restaurant an exceptional menu of British classics. A picturesque village made famous by its unusually principled vicar, Bray is about as British as it gets.

Amid the exposed beams and wood-panelled walls of this lovingly restored 15th-century building, you can expect to be served spectacular food showcasing the skill, precision, flavour and originality you would expect from Heston Blumenthal and his team of accomplished chefs.

Changing seasonally, their curated menus celebrate the best of traditional British cooking and their ongoing creative re-imagining of classic dishes.
