Partner Roberta Harvey specialises and has a wealth of experience in helping families deal with disputes, particularly those involving trusts, wills and estates. She also routinely advises trustees, personal representatives, protectors, charities and beneficiaries on these matters. She is highly skilled in conducting trust-based disputes involving the UK and offshore jurisdictions. Roberta has in-depth expertise in worldwide freezing injunctions, disclosure, asset-tracing and recovery, validity issues and breach of trust. 

Roberta co-authored a chapter in the seminal International Trust Disputes and is co-founder of the Fresh Perspectives trust litigation conference. As a recognised leader in her field, she is featured in Legal Week's Private Client Global Elite and is listed in the latest legal directories.
