Nathalie began her property career in 1995 helping with the relocation of senior executives from Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, UBS and Citibank. In 2000 she joined Property Vision, the first buying agents specialising in advising potential buyers. From 2002 to 2010 Nathalie worked in the buying department of Savills, and from 2006 headed up their London department. Nathalie set up her own business in 2010, and has been immensely successful as evidenced by her extensive list of loyal clients.

She has regularly been recognised in the Spear’s 500 as a Top Five Buying Agent, and won Spear’s Property Advisor of the year in 2015.

Chambers Legal Directory describes her as ‘widely recognised as a top-tier buying agent… some of London’s best-regarded property lawyers work with her regularly.’ A fellow buying agent told Spear’s that ‘Nathalie Hirst gives the same level of dedication, quality of service and attention to detail on the smaller transactions as she does on the larger ones.’

Nathalie differentiates herself in three ways: she works on a fixed-fee basis, she only operates within a certain area, but knows her ‘patch’ inside out, and she never sells property, she only buys. She readily admits that she would have 100 per cent more clients if she relaxed her own rules, but insists that she wants to give an exemplary service to her clients 100 per cent of the time.
