Gary Hersham is the founder of Beauchamp Estates and is based in the Head Office in Curzon Street. Born in London, he has lived in Knightsbridge for 30 years. After graduating in Zoology, Biochemistry and Applied Entomology at Imperial College with an honours degree he started a PhD but found the lure of property overwhelming and established Beauchamp Estates some 40 years ago in Beauchamp Place, Knightsbridge taking over what was at the time a small rentals office.

The business rapidly relocated to a six-floor Georgian townhouse at 24 Curzon Street in Mayfair, which today houses the residential lettings and new homes departments as well as a commercial investment department and both its IT and Marketing departments.
