Camilla leads the Private Client Group at Wedlake Bell, having become a partner in 2011 at only six years qualified and while heavily pregnant. She is a positive role model for young female solicitors, bookending her working week in London or the Middle East with family time in the West Country. She juggles expertly, maintaining an enviable work/life balance.

Her practice blends personal tax mitigation and estate planning strategies for traditional domestic clients and landed estates with international work for non-domiciliaries, foreign investors and offshore trustees. Over the past 12 months, areas of focus have included: future proofing against the risk of a socialist government; dealing with the increasing focus on disclosure and transparency and how to protect clients' privacy and confidentiality; and the continuing changes to how non-domiciliaries, offshore structures and UK residential property are taxed.

Over the past 15 years, Camilla has been instrumental in raising over £1 million for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in memory of her late cousin, the model and singer/songwriter Alice Martineau.

She provides comment to broadsheets such as the Financial Times and regularly speaks at conferences in the UK and overseas on a wide variety of subjects such as tax, trusts and leadership.
