Peter qualified as a family law solicitor at Withers LLP, before going on to co-found Burgess Mee in 2013. The firm comprises 15 lawyers of all levels across two offices offering high quality advice at more affordable rates of charge. Peter is also an FMC Accredited Mediator.

Peter deals with private family law including high-net-worth finance, private children and pre/post nuptial agreements. He has particular experience in cases involving trusts and companies as well as issues of mental capacity.

Peter has been involved in many landmark cases. His recent work has included several cases with assets of £50m plus, a difficult international children case and prenuptial agreements for those in the public eye.
